Moawin & Doulmi Care Foundation Host 3rd Annual Vocational Awards Ceremony in Dhoulamial

In the town of Dhoulamial, Kahoon area, the third annual certificate and awards distribution ceremony of the Vocational Training Institute run jointly by Doulmi Care Foundation and Moawin Foundation was held. The chief guests included Admiral (R) Fawad Amin Baig, Chief Executive Officer of Moawin Foundation, and Vice Admiral (R) General Abdul Aleem.


The ceremony began with recitation from the Holy Quran and naat. Later, Administrator Malik Sajjad highlighted the institute’s performance. In his address, Admiral Abdul Aleem stated that the Foundation’s purpose is to empower girls with skills, without any profit motive. He also announced that a shop would soon be opened in the institute to facilitate local women.
Admiral Fawad Amin Baig remarked that today’s era is the era of skills, and due to the shortage of government jobs, it is necessary for the youth to acquire vocational training. He further mentioned that students trained by Moawin Foundation are also working abroad.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, successful female students were awarded certificates and prizes, while a souvenir shield was presented to the chief guest. Other distinguished guests included Commodore Suhail Abid and Sheikh Haroon (President, PVTC Chakwal).
