Women Empowerment in Action: Moawin Foundation’s Vocational Training in Swabi

Moawin Foundation proudly celebrated the successful completion of a 6-month Dress Making Course at VTI Ismaila, Swabi, where 75 women received their certificates, each one a symbol of confidence, capability, and a new beginning.

On the occasion, Rear Admiral (R) Mirza Foad Baig, CEO Moawin Foundation, emphasized that true women empowerment begins with practical skills, self-reliance, and sustained support. Through Moawin’s partnership with Akhuwat, trained women are also being provided interest-free loans, enabling them to start their own work and achieve financial independence.

Highlighting the impact at the grassroots level, Dr. Shahab Khanzada shared that for a remote village like Ismaila Swabi, this initiative has turned a long-standing dream into reality, opening doors of opportunity for women, strengthening families, and shaping a better future for generations to come.

With certificates in hand and hope in their hearts, these women step forward as creators of their own livelihoods and symbols of change.
