Moawin Foundation Chairman Admiral (R) M. Asif Sandila NI(M) met with UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator Mohamed Yahya to discuss collaboration in education, WASH, nutrition, women’s empowerment, and sustainable development across Pakistan.


Building Stronger Partnerships for Education and Humanitarian Impact in Pakistan
Moawin Foundation continues to strengthen strategic partnerships aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable communities across Pakistan. In this regard, Moawin Foundation Chairman Admiral (R) M. Asif Sandila NI(M) met with Mohamed Yahya, United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Pakistan, to discuss opportunities for collaboration in key development sectors.


The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation with United Nations agencies working in education, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), nutrition, women’s empowerment, and sustainable development. Both sides explored ways to create greater impact through coordinated efforts that address the most pressing needs of underserved communities.


During the discussion, Moawin Foundation invited Mr. Yahya to visit Moawin-supported government schools in Islamabad to observe the positive outcomes of ongoing educational initiatives. The visit would provide an opportunity to witness firsthand how partnerships can contribute to improving learning environments, increasing access to quality education, and supporting student development.
