Admiral Mohammad Asif Sandila (born 1954) served as the 19th Chief of the Naval Staff of Pakistan Navy from 2011 to 2014. He is a recipient of Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military) and Chevalier de II Order National du Mérite (France) for leading the rescue of French nationals during the 2004 Maldives tsunami. After retiring from naval service, he founded Moawin Foundation to improve public education standards and provide vocational training for youth in rural Pakistan. He is also a keen golfer and avid reader.

Hamid Ali Khan is a retired Federal Secretary (PAS) with extensive leadership experience across strategic public sector roles. He served as Federal Secretary for Capital Administration & Development (Education), where he led education reform initiatives, strengthened public-private partnerships, and launched youth skill development programs. As DCO Rawalpindi, he implemented literacy and teacher training programs in collaboration with UNESCO and the World Bank. He has also served as National Coordinator NACTA, Chairman NHA, Chief Commissioner Islamabad, and Secretary in multiple federal ministries.

Sabina Khatri is an education reform leader and founder of Pakistan’s first trauma-informed mother and child education model established in Lyari. She is a recipient of Sitara-e-Imtiaz (2022) and multiple national awards for women empowerment and community development. During COVID-19, she led digital education initiatives including Tele-School, E-Taleem Portal, and Radio School programs. She has also supported the Government of Pakistan in designing programs to address learning gaps and expand digital access for out-of-school children.
