About Moawin's
E-Learning
E-learning is the provision of education and training to students using electronic means such as the internet. During times of pandemic, E-learning has been introduced to empower learners to get basic schooling and to enhance children’s skills. Moawin has always believed in imparting up-to-date education to children. With E-learning, it has become easier to grasp lessons adequately at a faster pace. With E-learning, Moawin aims at offering access to exclusive and updated content to the children. There are many factors potentially influencing E-learning effectiveness, such as media characteristics, learning context, technology, and learner characteristics. E-learning has become very important in the past few years. Keeping into consideration the need for time, MF is working with Teach the World Foundation (TTWF), Sabaq Muse, and Sabaq. pk and Noon Academy in Islamabad to equip and facilitate children in adopting E-learning. Moawin Foundation has established 15 E-Learning centers in different districts throughout the country in collaboration with Sabaq. pk. MF has 150 students enrolled in 2 schools of TTWF’s tablet-based project for KG- Grade 2 in Islamabad. Moawin Foundation in collaboration with Noon Academy started online tuition classes in Islamabad schools to provide access to extra coaching classes (tuition) for better learning, free of cost. Under this initiative, 190 children are taking evening classes from their homes, whereas 59 students are part of the scholarship program. E-Learning classes are being provided with the support of Sabaq Muse for primary classes and Sabaq.Pk to classes 6 to 10. MF plans to initiate an E-Learning pilot project in partnership with Sabaq Foundation in Mehmunwali, Sheikhupura test the effectiveness of improvement of teaching and learning in all classes and subjects. The project will be implemented in 2 schools from KG to Grade 8.
